Rachel Auty, Founder & Executive Director

Rachel is the founder of Women On Tap CIC, and is a marketing, communications and brand consultant.

She’s also a coach and mentor, and has worked with women on the Santander Breakthrough Women Business Leaders’ Mentoring Programme, the Women in Beer Mentorship Programme, and as a Start Up Coach for the University of York.

Passionate about beer, Andrew is an active ally, committed to taking action towards equality and making beer a better, more inclusive space. He has worked alongside Rachel in a supporting capacity since the beginning.
