Meet Our New Advisory Board Members
Women On Tap CIC is delighted to announce four new members joining its Advisory Board.
Bryony Coates, Sales and Marketing at Marble Brewery, brings over a decade of experience spanning brewing, quality, and sales, having also worked with North Brewing and Cloudwater. She is currently completing a Master's in Business with a research focus on leadership in brewing.
Ruth Mitchell, Sales Manager (South West and South Wales) at Charles Faram, joins with more than 15 years in the drinks industry, including roles at Adnams and Elusive Brewing. A Certified Cicerone and qualified Beer Sommelier, Ruth is also a proud participant in the Women in Beer mentorship programme.
Kez Raymond, Head of Marketing at Breww, brings over a decade of B2B SaaS and tech experience. Her work is shaped by behavioural science and a hands-on understanding of the operational realities facing breweries today.
Tess Taylor, co-founder and Managing Director of Tap Social Movement, adds significant social enterprise expertise. Under her leadership, the Oxford-based brewery, bakery, and hospitality organisation has created more than 112,000 hours of paid work for prison leavers and secured a national retail listing in Waitrose.
The four join an existing board that includes Karen Bosher, Laura Emson, Erin Fleming, Laura Mackie, Annabel Smith, and Catherine Webber, working alongside founder and Executive Director Rachel Auty.
Rachel Auty said: "We're thrilled to welcome Bryony, Ruth, Kez and Tess to the Advisory Board. Each of them brings a distinct perspective and a genuine passion for a more inclusive beer industry - exactly what we need as we continue and develop our work."
