Theme for IWCBD 2026 Announced
The International Women’s Collaboration Brew Day (IWCBD) campaign is back for 2026 in partnership with the Society of Independent Brewers and Associates (SIBA), run by Women On Tap CIC. This year, past IWCBD participants, the Women On Tap Changemakers and our Advisory Board were invited to help choose the theme – UNITE BELONGING.
UNITE BELONGING is a global call to create a kinder, more inclusive world through the power of our beer communities.
In 2026, we brew to celebrate the power of belonging, because no one should feel like an outsider in beer, in our communities, or in the world. It’s time to UNITE.
Whether it’s identity, culture, gender, ability, or background, everyone deserves a place at the table, and a seat at the bar.
The Women On Tap CIC strapline is WOMEN BELONG IN BEER. This year, your IWCBD brew tells the world: “You are welcome here.”
This year also marks the launch of a new IWCBD campaign poster. Printed copies will be sold as a fundraiser to help fund the campaign. This will become a changing, collectible annual release.

We invite breweries across the globe to rally the troops, get creative, and let everyone in your local communities know they are welcome, be it through your brew day event itself, artwork, fundraising, or the beer recipe itself.
We can’t wait to see what you come up with! Happy collaboration.
