Women On Tap founder to speak at WOW Festival

Rachel Auty, founder of Women On Tap CIC and Head of Marketing at Brew York, has been invited to speak at the WOW Festival London in March about her work on championing women in the beer industry.

WOW Festival is the world's biggest festival celebrating women, girls and non-binary people.

Rachel will speak as part of the WOW Bites series - short talks and soapbox moments designed to inspire and introduce new ideas.

Rachel founded Women On Tap CIC in 2017 on a mission to find more women with a passion for beer and has since delivered six annual festivals alongside projects to highlight and tackle sexism, harassment, and discrimination in beer.

Rachel says “This is my chance to reach new people and to represent all the incredible women and active allies out there working relentlessly to make the beer industry a better place. I’m looking at this as my TED talk, so I want to make it engaging, hard-hitting, and memorable - no pressure!”

WOW London will take place 10th - 12th March at Southbank Centre. See www.thewowfoundation.com/festival/wow-london-23
